The iOS 12.4.1 Bug Quick Summary
Something changed with the iOS 12.4.1 update that has led to some instances of the results of dry blends being incorrectly calculated. We didn't change anything in the app, and the calculation code is the same.
The test to see if you are affected is to manually verify the "Blend to Apply" result by adding up all the product "Weight per Load" results and seeing if they match. The added up numbers should match the "Blend to Apply" reported result. If it does, you're good. If it doesn't, the only known solution at this point is to uninstall the app and reinstall it. The app then should start calculating correctly again. The bad news is that all of your saved blends will be lost, as well as any custom products that you've added.
We're sorry that this has happened and will continue to investigate and try to find a better solution. Your understanding and patience is appreciated!

The Problem
We recently received an email from a customer of the app letting us know that some of the calculated results seemed incorrect. Upon further inspection, it was determined that it indeed was giving incorrect results. This came as a surprise to us since the app had been working correctly for the last several years and we hadn't made any changes.
Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the incorrect calculations were happening on devices that had previously had the app installed prior to updating to the recent iOS 12.4.1 update. It also only seems to affect dry blends. After the update, it began giving an incorrect "Blend to Apply" value in the Results screen. This value is used to calculate a number of other results such as the values in the "Weight per Load" section, the "Legal Analysis" section, and some of the values in the "Legal Analysis" section.

The Fix
Again, since we have made no changes to the app at all, this has been confusing to us as to why it's happening.
Further investigation and correspondence with the user who reported the error has led to the realization that an installation made AFTER the iOS 12.4.1 will again calculate correctly. This means that new customers who first installed the app after the update shouldn't encounter the problem. It also means that existing users can fix the problem by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. However, this means all previously calculated blends and custom added products will be lost.
Unfortunately, at this time there is no other known quick fix to the problem. We are still working on trying to discover what has happened and if it can be fixed by something on our end, we will send out the update as soon as possible.
